Teuton's Galore Creek Claims are a recent and very large addition to the Company's impressive portfolio of mineral properties in the Stewart Region. They consist of 4 separate properties (see map below): Frey, Hrothgar, Thor, and Odin. These Galore Creek properties cover 185 square miles of ground along a northwest trending belt of rocks between two emerging porphyry copper-gold districts, Galore Creek and the KSM-Snowfield Deposits.

The Galore Creek property of NovaGold/Teck Cominco hosts two deposits with a global resource (all categories) containing 12.1 million oz. of gold and 12.9 billion lbs of copper (NI 43-101 compliant). NovaGold Resources is currently working to create an economically feasible plan to bring Galore Creek into production. About 60 km to the southeast of Teuton's Galore Creek claims lies the KSM Property of Seabridge Gold, which immediately adjoins the Snowfield Property of Silver Standard. The KSM-Snowfield is now the largest gold deposit in Canada , with combined resources of 37.5 million oz. of gold and 8.1 billion lbs. of copper (NI 43-101 compliant). Seabridge Gold is currently in an early planning stage to bring the KSM Property into production. Teuton's Galore Creek claims are about half-way between the Galore Creek and KSM-Snowfield projects. About 40 km southwest of the Galore Creek claims and also along the northwest trending belt of mineralized rocks is the currently producing Eskay Creek Mine. The Eskay Creek Mine is recognized as one of the highest grade gold-silver mines in North America .

In addition to being proximate to major projects such as Galore Creek, KSM-Snowfield, and Eskay Creek, portions of Teuton's Galore Creek claims are immediately adjacent to the Newmont Lake Property of Romios Gold. In 2008, Romios Gold intends to spend $5 million on a comprehensive exploration program at its Newmont Lake Program. The aim of the program is to explore for a possible extension of the North West Zone, which is already known to contain 200,000 oz. of gold, 6.78 million pounds of copper, and 291,000 oz. of silver (NI 43-101 compliant).

Location

The Galore Creek claims are located in the northern portion of the Stewart Region. This extensive belt of claims begins at about 115 km north of Stewart , BC and extends some 80 km around the edge of a massive retreating glacier.

Mineralization

The new properties have high potential for containing significant mineral deposits. The area was underexplored in the early gold rush history of the Stewart Region because ice coverage was much more extensive then than it is today, making much of it inaccessible. Given the claims' location along regional trend of favorable geological units between known bulk tonnage gold-copper deposits in the Galore Creek, Eskay Creek, and KSM-Snowfield districts, it is likely that similar deposits may also be found on Teuton's claims.

In early 2008, Teuton commissioned an airborne survey to be carried out over three sections of the Galore Creek claims. Results from the survey are still pending. A program of property-wide prospecting is planned for the Galore Creek claims as soon as weather conditions permit, and will concentrate on areas of glacial meltback (ablation). This work will be aided by the infrastructure development in the area. In 2007 as part of the Galore Creek Project, NovaGold Resources constructed an access road that lies within about 10 km of Teuton's Galore Creek Claims.
