Windward Agency to Provide Investor Relations Services
Teuton Resources Corp. ("TUO"-TSXV, the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has retained The Windward Agency to provide investor relations services for the Company.
Windward will be responsible for increasing general investor awareness in North America and Europe regarding the Company's business and prospects, and facilitating corporate communications of the Company with its shareholders and the investment community. Windward will focus on coverage of the Company in newsletters and periodicals, dissemination of news releases and information about the Company, presentations and meetings designed to increase investor awareness of the Company, and enhancement of the Company's visibility at financial conferences.
Teuton will pay a monthly flat fee of US$5,000. The parties have executed an agreement, which commenced on January 27, 2006, and continues on a month-to-month basis until terminated by either party for any reason.
The Windward Agency is headed by Kelly Boatright, who has 25 years of experience in investor relations and is based out of Charlotte, North Carolina.
